SMT. SOHNI DEVI & ANR v UMRAO SINGH & ORS - CMA Case No. 1723 of 2004 [2005] RD-RJ 224 (25 January 2005)
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN AT JODHPUR
--------------------------------------------------------
CIVIL MISC. APPEAL No. 1723 of 2004
SMT. SOHNI DEVI & ANR
V/S
UMRAO SINGH & ORS
Mr. JR CHOUDHARY, for the appellant / petitioner
Date of Order : 25.1.2005
HON'BLE SHRI N P GUPTA,J.
ORDER
-----
Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
The only contention raised is that, the compensation awarded is low. The learned counsel read to me the evidence of claimant with respect to the aspect having bearing on the question of determination of compensation. Even after reading the evidence, I have not been able to persuade myself to take a view other than one taken by learned trial court. Thus I do not find any error in the findings of learned trial court on the point of quantum of compensation.
The appeal thus has no force, and is hereby dismissed summarily.
