SHEESH RAM v STATE & ORS - CW Case No. 1744 of 2004 RD-RJ 300 (3 February 2005)
D.B.CIVIL WRIT PETITION NO. 1744/2004
Sheesh Ram Vs. The State of Raj. & Ors.
DATE OF ORDER: 03.02.2005
HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE N.N.MATHUR
HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE MANAK LALL MOHTA
Mr.Chaitanya Gahlot for the petitioner
The petitioner claiming himself to be an active social worker seeks direction to disqualify the respondents No.6 & 7 as Panchas of Gram Panchayat,
Lalasar Banirotan. He also seeks direction with respect to not to permit them to participate in motion for no confidence.
Having perused the writ petition, we are of the view that no issue of public interest is involved in the instant petition. The petitioner has abused the process of the court by dragging politics of Panchas to this Court by way of petition under
Article 226 of the Constitution. The writ petition stands dismissed.
(MANAK LALL MOHTA) J. (N.N.MATHUR) J.
