The Registry has pointed out that certificate about depositing of compensation as required under Sec. 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, has not been filed. This report was made way back on 30.9.03.

Thereafter case was listed in the court on 5.1.2005, on which date, four weeks' time was granted as prayed. However, till date, despite expiry of period, certificate has not been filed, as such, appeal is dismissed as incompetent.
