IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN AT JODHPUR
--------------------------------------------------------
CIVIL MISC. APPEAL No. 277 of 2005
MOOOLARAM
V/S
BABOOLAL & ORS
Mr. DS SODA, for the appellant / petitioner
Date of Order : 11.3.2005
HON'BLE SHRI N P GUPTA,J.
ORDER
-----
Heard learned counsel for the appellant, and perused the impugned judgment.
It is contended by learned counsel for the appellant that the learned Tribunal was in error in deciding issue No.1, when it held that the appellant was guilty of contributory negligence in happening of the accident. Learned counsel read to me the finding of the learned trial Court. He has not been able to satisfy, as to how the finding requires any interference in the appeal. No other point was argued.
The appeal thus, has no force, and is dismissed summarily.
