HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE GOVIND MATHUR
Mr.Vijay Bishnoi for the appellant/s.
BY THE COURT:(PER HON.MR.Y.R.MEENA,ACTG.C.J.)-
In this appeal the controversy is that the appellant wants that all the three connections should be clubbed and the learned Single Judge found that all the three connections are given for different premises. The definition of the premises and the factual aspects have been considered by the learned
Single Judge in para 10 of his order in S.B.Civil
First Appeal No. 214/1999 dated 1st April,2002 and factually found that all the three premises are different. That we have upheld in DB Civil Spl.Appeal
No.161/2003.
Following our view in the DB Civil Special
