Mr.D.S. Udawat for the petitioner(s).

This Court by order dated 14.01.2005, while disposing of the writ petition, directed the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent-authorities for deciding the same, within a period of 15 days from the date of the order .

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an application mentioning therein that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not contact his counsel in time, therefore, such representation could not be filed by the petitioner within the stipulated period. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, prayed that further two weeks' time may be granted to file the representation.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application filed by the petitioner is allowed.

The petitioner is granted further two weeks' time to file the representation before the concerned authorities. The respondent-authority shall decide the same in terms of the order dated 14.1.2005 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 260/2005.
