Heard.

The report of the process server was read with the assistance of

Mr. HSS Kharlia, Advocate in the Court. According to his reading, the accused has signed the report, however he has not made himself present before the

Court as agreed by him. In view of the fact that the accused has not presented himself before the Court despite knowledge, we are constrained to issue arrest warrants against the accused persons. Issue non-bailable warrant of arrest against the accused persons, returnable within four weeks.
