Learned counsel for the appellants wants to withdraw this appeal. He has filed an application along with photo-stat copy of the compromise stating therein that the present appeal has been filed against the preliminary decree and now, parties have entered into compromise, therefore, the final decree is to be passed in accordance with the compromise.

Accordingly, this civil first appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Record of the lower court be sent back forthwith. Learned court below may pass appropriate order in terms of the compromise, if any arrived between the parties.
