Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have settled the matter in between and there remains no lis to be decided in this case, therefore, he wants to withdraw the appeal. With regard to the compromise entered between the parties, an application has already been made.
Learned counsel Mr. Vikas Balia appearing for respondents No.2A & 2B submits that factum of compromise is correct.
In view of the submissions made, the appeal as well as cross-objection are required to be dismissed as withdrawn. The appeal and cross- objections stand dismissed as withdrawn.
