Learned counsel for the plaintiff- respondent states that parties have settled their dispute and payment has already been made to the plaintiff-respondent, therefore, the present appeal has become infructuous.
Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has no instruction in this regard but since, there is clear admission of the plaintiff-respondent himself that he has received complete amount and parties have settled their dispute, therefore, this appeal has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this civil first appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
