S.B. CRIMINAL REVISION PETITION NO. 389/2006.
(CHATRA & ORS. VS. STATE)

HON'BLE MR. H.R. PANWAR, J.
Mr. R..S. Chundawat for the petitioner/s.
Mr.JPS Chaudhary Public Prosecutor.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The matter is at the defence evidence. The trial court itself has observed that it is open for the accused petitioner to summon any witness through Court, if they wish to examine in defence. It is now for the accused petitioners to move an application before the trial court if they wish to summon any of the doctors to examine C.T.Scan in question.
The order impugned does not suffer from any error, illegality or perversity warranting interference by this Court under revisional jurisdiction.
The revision petition is accordingly dismissed.
