The defects are waived.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that the amount required to be deposited by them have been deposited but the same could not be deposited within the time fixed by the Court.

The applicants have moved the application for extending the time for depositing the said amount.

It is stated that after making the application required amount has been deposited in the Tribunal.

In the facts and circumstances and as per the statement of learned counsel for the applicants, the amount has now been deposited, the period for depositing the amount is extended upto the date when they deposited the said amount.
