This is second bail application seeking suspension of sentence filed on behalf of applicant-appellant Amzad.

Heard learned Amicus Curiae for the applicant- appellant and public prosecutor for the State. Perused the judgment and order impugned and record of the trial court.

While rejecting the earlier bail application by order dated 19.5.2005, it was noticed that the applicant-appellant inflicted a Katar, a sharp edged weapon, injury underneath the chest of PW-4 Babulal which was found to be grievous in nature and dangerous to life. After rejecting the earlier bail application,

I do not find any change in the circumstances.

The second bail application seeking suspension of sentence is therefore, dismissed.

Record of the trial court has been received. The appeal itself may be listed for hearing.
