Mr.Jitendra Chopra, for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the appellants states that he has already sent registered notice for seeking instruction from the appellant five months back but they have not contacted him as yet. He pleads no instruction in this case.

Since, counsel for the appellants has no instruction in this case and appellants are also not appearing before this Court, therefore, the present appeal is dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
