SHANKAR LAL v STATE - CRLAB Case No. 514 of 2006 RD-RJ 1308 (26 May 2006)
S.B.Cr.Misc. II Temporary Bail Appl. No. 514/2006
S.B.CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. 303/2006
(Shankarlal Vs. State of Rajasthan)
Date of order : 26/05/2006
HON'BLE MR.H.R.PANWAR, J.
Mrs. Deepika Vays for the applicant-appellant.
Mr. J.P.S.Choudhary, Public Prosecutor.
This is successive second application seeking temporary suspension of sentence on the ground of sickness of wife of the applicant-appellant. By order dated 03.04.2006, the sentence awarded to the applicant was temporarily suspended for fifteen days for getting her wife treated. The bed-head ticket placed on record shows that after having been released by order dated 3.4.2006, the applicant got his wife admitted to hospital on 20.4.2006 and she was discharged after having been treated on 23.4.2006. From the bed-head ticket, it no where appears that any further treatment was advised. Enough time was granted earlier to the applicant-appellant to get her wife treated, no further suspension appears to be needed. In the circumstances, therefore, successive second bail application seeking temporary suspension of sentence is therefore, dismissed.
