By an application, the accused respondent No.1
Jagdish seeks exemption from his personal appearance before this Court on 18.4.2006. However, accused-respondent Jagdish has appeared before this Court on 22.4.2006 and filed the present application. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the accused-respondent No.1 is exempted to appear before this Court on 18.4.2006. The application is accordingly disposed of.
A fresh bailable warrant be issued against accused respondent No.2.
