The applicants seek suspension of sentence for a brief period with a view to attend ailing wife of first applicant Bhera
Ram and mother of second applicant Kheta Ram.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, it is directed that the sentence of applicants Bhera Ram S/O Sh.
Ladhu Ram and Kheta Ram S/O Shri Bhera Ram shall remain suspended for 20 days on usual conditions provided that each of them executes a personal bond of Rs.20,000/- along with two sureties in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track) No.2, Bikaner.
The applicants shall surrender himself before the
Superintendent, Central Jail, Bikaner on 25.7.2006. The said conditions be incorporated in the bonds also.
