In the present case, first bail application moved on behalf of the applicant was rejected by this
Court on 7.2.2006 while observing that the statement of prosecutrix may be recorded first. Thereafter second bail application was moved after recording of the statement of prosecutrix, which was dismissed as withdrawn on 15.4.2006.
The trial of the case is in progress and at this stage without entering into the merit of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Accordingly, the third bail application stands rejected. However, it is expected from the trial court to expedite the trial and decide the case expeditiously as far as possible.
