Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press the instant bail application, however seeks liberty to file a fresh application after statements of material witnesses are recorded.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant, the bail application stands dismissed as not pressed.

However, liberty is granted to move a fresh application, if so considered proper, after statement of material witnesses are recorded.

The learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
