By order dated 04.07.2006, a non-bailable warrant was ordered to be issued against non-petitioner No.2 Vikaram Singh to secure his presence before this Court.

By the instant application, the non-petitioner No.2 submits that he is present in Court and his presence may be marked as also the non-bailable warrant if any issued against him may be recalled.

Non-petitioner No.2 Vikram Singh is present in Court. He has been identified by his Counsel Mr. B.S.Rathore. Since the non- petitioner No.2 himself has appeared before this Court, the order dated 4.7.2006 to the extent directing to issue non-bailable warrant against non-petitioner No.2 is recalled.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
