During midst of the arguments, learned counsel for the applicant submits that almost all witnesses have been examined and the trial is at fag end, therefore, direction may be given for expediting the trial.

In view of above, it is directed that the trial be expedited and the matter be disposed of preferably within a period of three months.

With the above direction, the application stands disposed of.
