Learned counsel for the respondent submits that now the application for cancellation of bail has become infructuous as in the original sessions case the applicant has been acquitted of the charges framed against him.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, nothing survives in this application. The application for cancellation of bail stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
