Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have reached to a compromise, therefore, there remains nothing to be decided. He seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to it.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the appellant, permission to withdraw the appeal is granted. The appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
