The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking writ, order or direction directing the respondents to regularise the petitioner on the post of Hotline Operator and to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Hotline
Operator as well as to pay the regular pay scale of the post of Hotline Operator to the petitioner.
In view of the ratio decided by the
Constitution Bench of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Secretary, State of Karnataka & others Vs. Uma
Devi (3) & others, decided on 10.04.2006 and reported in (2006)4 SCC 1, no case in favour of the petitioner is made out.
Consequently, the writ petition fails and the same is herewith dismissed.
