BY THE COURT:

Apart from amended provisions of section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, even otherwise, since, after due consideration, proper discretion has been used by the trial court in passing the impugned order, in the facts and circumstances, no further interference is called for by this court under writ jurisdiction.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having no merit.
