By the instant writ petition, the petitioner seeks to challenge the termination order dated 16.5.1990.
The facts, in brief, of the case are that the petitioner was appointed as
Class-IV on temporary basis for a period or three months or till completion of academic session whichever is earlier, on salary of Rs.364/- per month or
Rs.14/- per day vide order dated 15.3.1990 issued by the Additional District
Education Officer, Zila Parishad, Jaipur. Subsequently, when the academic session was about to complete, termination order was passed on 16.5.1990.
The petitioner has stated in the writ petition that after his termination, services of similarly situated persons have been extended in pursuance of the telegram issued by the District Education Officer, Zila Parishad, Jaipur
(Annexure-4) and similarly situated persons were allowed to continue.
Thereafter, again on 15.2.1991 the services of similarly situated persons have been extended. It is also stated in the writ petition that subsequently
