BY THE COURT:

Since after due consideration proper discretion has been used by the Estate Officer in rejecting the application filed by the petitioner under Rule 7 Order 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in the facts and circumstances, no further interference is called for by this court at this stage under writ jurisdiction.

The writ petition is dismissed accordingly as having no merits.
