J.K.INDUSTRIES & OTHER v RAJASTHAN FINANICAL CORP. & OT - CFA Case No. 110 of 1999 RD-RJ 1919 (11 September 2006)
S.B.Civil First Appeal No.110/1999
M/s.J.K.Industries vs. Raj. Financial Corporation 11.09.2006
HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE K.C.SHARMA
None appeared for the appellants.
Mr.Paras Sharma for respondents.
When the case was taken up for orders, none appeared for the appellants. No steps have been taken by the appellants for bringing on record the legal representatives of Smt.Munni Sharma, defendant respondent No.2 and the required PF and Notices have also not been filed since 19.10.2005 despite the fact that two weeks' time as prayed for by learned counsel for the appellants for doing needful was granted on 2.3.2006. Again four weeks' time was allowed vide order dated 31.5.2006 but the appellants have not taken any steps either for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.2 or for filing the required PF and notice for service on respondent No.3.
The appeal is, therefore, dismissed in default as well for non-prosecution.
