Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By the instant writ petition, the petitioner has claimed benefits of the service period of her husband late Bhola Ram Sharma, more particularly, arrears of salary, contributory fund and fixation etc.
On 16.2.2004 the respondents were directed by this Court to file additional affidavit giving details of the payment made to the petitioner. In compliance with the said direction, additional affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents along with Annexure R-1 to R-7 detailing out grant of various dues to the petitioner.
Submission of the learned Dy. G.A. is that all due benefits have been paid to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed receipt of the said benefits.
In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
However, in the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that if any benefit still remains to be paid to the petitioner, she may make representation to the respondents in this regard which shall be considered and decided by them within a period of one month from the date of its submission.
The writ petition is disposed of.
