In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 13.04.1998 (Annexure-1) passed by the Collector on the application under Rule 14(4) of the Rajasthan Land Revenue
(Allotment of Land for Agriculture Purposes) Rules, 1970.
The petitioner has approached this court directly.
Learned counsel for the respondens submits that aforesaid order (Annexure-1) was challenged in appeal before the learned
Revenue Appellate Authority and the said appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed. Being aggrieved by the order of learned
Revenue Appellate Authority, it is submitted that the matter was challenged before the learned Board of Revenue in appeal being

In view of the above, since the matter has been taken in hierarchy of the appellate forum, this writ petition is not maintainable and consequently, the writ petition as well as the stay application are dismissed. The judgments of learned Board of
Revenue and the Revenue Appellate Authority shall govern the matter unless challenged and set aside.
