Heard learned counsel for the parties. While calculating the amount of compensation, the court below has considered erroneously
Khasara No. 812 as barani whereas it is irrigated land and in fact
Khasara No. 806 is barani. The trial court has not considered the irrigated and barani land in correct perspective which as per record referred should be referred as Khasara No. 812 irrigated and Khasara No. 806 barani.
The trial court will reexamine the matter in the light of correction stated hereinabove and then may pass fresh award. The matter should be decided as far as possible within three months becuase no further evidence is required to be taken in this connection and the facts are already availble on record.
