Mr.G.K.Garg for appellants.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the parties entered into a compromise and in pursuance of the compromise, the appellants have deposited the loan amount. In turn the Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank,

Dhoolkot Branch, Dholpur vide his letter dated 16.2.2002 requested the Tehsildar, Rajakheda to redeem the mortgage of the land of the appellants as the appellants had made payment of the loan amount in pursuance of the compromise.

On the basis of these facts, learned counsel for the appellants prays for dismissal of the appeal as withdrawn.

The appeal is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn. A copy of the letter dated 16.9.2002 sent by the Branch

Manager, Dhoolkot Branch, Dholpur be kept on record.
