RAMAN KUMAR v THE UNION OF INDIA & ORS - CW Case No. 874 of 2004 RD-RJ 2170 (9 October 2006)
S.B.CIVIL WRIT PETITION NO. 874/2004
Raman Kumar Vs. The Union of India and ors. 09/10/2006
HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE ASHOK PARIHAR.
Mr. RS Rathore, for the petitioner.
Mr. JP Gupta ]
Mr. RK Sharma ], for the respondents.
Petitioner is aggrieved of awarding distributionship and dealership for sale of LPG Gas to respondent No.4 alleging some criminal cases against him.
After hearing counsel for the parties, I have carefully gone through the material on record.
The dealership has been awarded to respondent No.4 as per recommendations of the selection committee. The complaints made by the petitioner against respondent No.4 have also been duly inquired by the respondent-company and all the allegations have been found to be baseless. Apart from been purely a contractual matter, even otherwise, since disputed questions of fact and law are involved, no further interference is called for by this Court in such matters under writ jurisdiction.
The writ petition is dismissed accordingly as having no merits.
