Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This is third application for bail under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. Earlier also the bail applications of the accused-petitioner were rejected looking to the quantity of the contraband recovered in the present case. I do not find any change of circumstance thereafter.
The third application for bail is accordingly dismissed.
