Hon'ble Mr. Justice Narendra Kumar Jain
Shri Amit Nath Mathur, Counsel for plaintiff-appellant ####
By the Court:-
Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
The plaintiff-appellant filed a suit for cancellation of deed as well as for permanent injunction, which was dismissed by the lower court.
The finding of the lower court has been affirmed by the first appellate court also.
I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the appellant and after considering his submissions as well as the finding of both the courts below I find no illegality or perversity in the findings of both the courts below, which calls for any interference of this Court in the
Second Appeal under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure
No substantial question of law is involved in this second appeal and the same is accordingly dismissed in limine.
