IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN
BENCH AT JAIPUR
S.B. Civil Second Appeal No.522/2002
Maharaj Singh S/o Shri Fateh Singh & Others ...plaintiff-appellants
Gram Panchayat Titarkhedi through its Sarpanch & Others ...defendant-respondents
Date of Order ::: 08.11.2006
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Narendra Kumar Jain
Shri J.P. Goyal, Counsel for plaintiff-appellants ####
By the Court:-
Heard learned counsel for the plaintiff- appellants.
The plaintiff-appellants filed a suit for permanent injunction, which was dismissed by the lower court. Being aggrieved with the same, an appeal was preferred by the plaintiff, which was barred by limitation also. The first appellate court, after considering the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, dismissed the appeal being barred by limitation as well as on merits also.
I have considered the submissions of learned counsel for the appellants as well as the findings of both the courts below and I do not find any substantial question of law involved in the present second appeal and the same is accordingly dismissed in limine.
