This Court vide order dated 16.5.2003 directed to issue notice to the respondents which were to be filed up to 2.9.2003. But the required PF and notices were not filed up to the date fixed then the matter was placed before the
Registrar (Admn) for orders on 2.9.2003 for orders but none appeared for the appellant. More than three years have passed but the appellant has not even cared to file the required PF and Notice. Today, when the case was called in the first round none appeared for the appellant. Even in the second round none appeared for the appellant. In the circumstances above, the appeal is, dismissed for non- prosecution as well as for non-appearance of learned counsel for the appellant.
