SB Civil Writ Petition No. 2786/2006
RSRTC Vs Smt Nangi & anr 14.11.2006
Hon'ble Mr Justice Ashok Parihar
Mr JM Saxena for petitioner
BY THE COURT:
After having carefully gone through the material on record, since, after due consideration, proper discretion has been used by the Tribunal in passing the impugned order, in the facts and circumstances, I find no ground for further interference of this court at this stage in the present matter of interim compensation under section 140 of the Motor Vehicles Act. The writ petition is dismissed accordingly as having no merit.
