IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN
BENCH AT JAIPUR
S.B. Civil Second Appeal No.469/2002
Pusu Singh S/o late Shri Narayan Singh & Others ...plaintiff-appellants
State of Rajasthan & Others ...defendant-respondents
Date of Order ::: 15.11.2006
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Narendra Kumar Jain
Shri Anoop Dhand, Counsel for plaintiff-appellants
Shri Ajay Gupta, Counsel for defendant-respondents ####
By the Court:-
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The plaintiff-appellants filed a suit for permanent injunction in the lower court, which was dismissed, and the judgment and decree passed by the lower court has been affirmed by the first appellate court also.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and after considering their submissions in the light of the findings of both the courts below I do not find any substantial question of law involved in this second appeal, which calls for any interference of this Court under Section 100 of the C.P.C., and the same is accordingly dismissed at admission stage itself with no order as to costs.
