Civil Second Appeal No.436/2003 as well as S.B. Civil

Revision Petition No.728/2003 today by this Court, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed accordingly.

Learned counsel for the respondents Mr. M.M.

Ranjan also agree with the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner.

Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
