IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN
BENCH AT JAIPUR
S.B. Civil Second Appeal No.104/2005
Mool Chand S/o Kanwar Lal
(since deceased) through L.Rs.
Om Prakash & Others ...defendant-appellants
Kalu Lal S/o Cheetar Lal & Others ...plaintiff-respondents
Date of Order ::: 20.11.2006
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Narendra Kumar Jain
Shri M.M. Ranjan, Counsel for defendant-appellants
Shri Ashwani Chobisa, Counsel for plaintiff- respondents ####
By the Court:-
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The plaintiff-respondents filed a suit for eviction in respect of rented premises, which was decreed by the lower court on the ground of default in making the payment of rent, material alteration and denial of title. The judgment and decree passed by the lower court has been affirmed by the first appellate court.
I have heard the learned counsel for both the parties and after considering their submissions in the light of the judgment and decree passed by both the courts below, I do not find any substantial question of law involved in this second appeal, and the same is accordingly dismissed at admission stage itself with no order as to costs.
