S.B. CIVIL MISC. APPEAL NO. 305/2001
Date : 02.03.2006
HON'BLE MR. BHAGWATI PRASAD.J.
Mr. Rajeev Purohit for Mr. N.S. Acharya for the appellant
Mr. Anand Purohit for the respondent.
In retrospect, after considering the exchange of thoughts, learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties are prepared to live together if the wife comes to the house of the husband after taking a long leave and if there are congenial relations in between them, they will ultimately decide whether wife will give up her service or not. For this, they seek two months time which is granted. Within one week, the wife will knock the doors of the husband.
Learned counsel for the husband assures that she will be permitted to get in and live peacefully.
Put up after two months.
(BHAGWATI PRASAD), J. bjsh
