RAMESH CHAND v SAMPAT RAM - CSA Case No. 123 of 2000  RD-RJ 2878 (22 November 2006)
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN
AT JAIPUR BENCH, JAIPUR
S.B. Civil Second Appeal No.123 Of 2000.
Ramesh Chand Vs.Sampat Ram & Others.
Date Of Order ::: 22.11.2006.
Hon'ble Mr. Narendra Kumar Jain J.
Mr. Neeraj Bhatt, Counsel for defendant-appellant
Mr. G.K. Garg, Counsel for plaintiff-respondents
By the Court :
Heard learned counsel for both the parties.
The plaintiff-respondents filed a suit for declaration and permanent injunction in the Lower
Court, which was decreed. The judgment and decree passed by the Lower Court has been affirmed by the
First Appellate Court also.
I have heard the learned counsel for both the parties and after considering their submissions in the light of the finding of both the Courts below, I do not find any substantial question of law involved in this second appeal and the same is accordingly dismissed at the admission stage itself with no order as to costs.
(Narendra Kumar Jain) J.
