Time was granted by this Court to deposit rent to the respondents in Regular Second Appeal No. 102/2003.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents have not deposited the arrears of rent despite six months' time was granted by this Court. If it is so than the petitioner can execute the decree for recovery of the decretal amount. The Contempt Petition is not substitute for execution of decree. No contempt is made out. Hence, contempt petition is dismissed.
