None present for the petitioner.
Mr. B.S. Chhaba, Addl. GA for the State.

This writ petition is directed against the order dated 31.08.99 passed by the Rajasthan Civil
Services Appellate Tribunal, Rajasthan, Jaipur (for short 'the Tribunal'), by which the appeal of the petitioner has been partly allowed and the impugned order dated 09.10.98 has been quashed and set-aside with the direction that the respondent department may ascertain whether a clear vacancy exists and if such a vacancy exists DPC meeting may be convened afresh and all the relevant provisions may be complied with in holding this meeting.

I have gone through the averments made in the writ petition and also carefully perused the impugned order dated 31.08.99 passed by the Tribunal.
As the appeal of the petitioner has been partly allowed by the Tribunal and it was directed to hold a fresh DPC meeting if any vacancy exists, I find no illegality or error apparent on the face of the record and the impugned order dated 31.08.99 passed by the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur requires no interference by this Court.
Consequently, the writ petition fails and the same is hereby dismissed.
