BY THE COURT:

After having carefully gone through the material on record, apart from amended provisions of section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, even otherwise, since, after due consideration, proper discretion has been used by the court below in passing the impugned order, in the facts and circumstances, no further interference is called for by this court under writ jurisdiction at this stage. The writ petition is dismissed accordingly as having no merit.
