HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH BALIA
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.P.VYAS
Mr. B.C. Bhansali, for the petitioner.
Mr.V.K. Mathur, for the respondents. ...
The direction for non-compliance of which this application has been moved, has since been complied with.
The learned counsel for the petitioner says that he has made an application for verification of arrears that has been paid to him. The discrepancy if any in calculating the arrears can be resolved independently on the representation submitted by the applicant. However, no cause survives for continuing with this contempt petition.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed and the notices are discharged.
