S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1708/06

Roshan Lal Yadav Vs. State & Ors.

Date of Order : 07/04/2006

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ajay Rastogi

Mr. Manish Bhandari, for petitioner

Counsel for petitioner submits that his complaint is to initiate action against respondent

No.3 and further submits that some inquiry has been made at the level of Collector, Alwar. In my opinion, submission made has no substance for the reason that to initiate action against respondent

No.3, is a pure administrative action and the concerned authority is always competent to take any further action on the basis of alleged report, if so required.

So far as submission made with regard to release of salary and house rent allowance is concerned, the petitioner may submit a representation before the competent authority and if such representation is submitted, the same may be disposed of within a period of two months.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. [Ajay Rastogi],J.
