Admittedly, the earlier award passed on 14.12.2000 has not been stayed by this Court so far, as such, that does stand. It is not in dispute that the calculations made in the impugned award are in accordance with the directions given in the award dated 14.12.2000. In that view of the matter, as the things stand, I do not find any error in the impugned award requiring interference by this Court. If the award dated 14.12.2000 is set aside or modified, obviously the consequences will flow. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
