IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN AT JODHPUR

--------------------------------------------------------

CIVIL WRIT No. 6343 of 2005

DR.BABU LAL DEORA

V/S

STATE & ORS.

Mr. ARJUN PUROHIT, for the appellant / petitioner

Mr. BL BHATI, A.G.A., for the respondent

Date of Order : 19.4.2006

HON'BLE SHRI N P GUPTA,J.

ORDER

-----

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has expired, and cause of action does not survive to his legal representatives.

I have perused the file, and find that this writ petition only seeks to challenge the adverse A.C.Rs., therefore, on the death of the petitioner, the writ no more survives. The same is, therefore, dismissed.
